We are currently seeking a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team and help ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Core hours: 10am - 2pm, with potential for additional hours, potentially leading to full-time.
$20-$25 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative office support to staff and assist with day-to-day tasks.
- Answer calls, manage emails, and handle customer/vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize internal filing systems.
- Document daily activities in our CRM system.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Contribute to identifying areas for improving operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Technical aptitude.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and dependability.
- A positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
